moniquemeloche is delighted to publish, DANCE WITH MY FATHER AGAIN, on the occasion of Lavar Munroe's second solo exhibition at moniquemeloche. Following his acclaimed presentation in The Bahamas Pavilion at La Biennale di Venezia 2026, which is on view through November 2026, Munroe debuts a new body of work that extends his exploration of posthumous collaboration, drawing from Bahamian traditions, Junkanoo culture, and personal memory to continue an unrealized artistic dialogue with his late father through richly layered paintings and mixed-media works.
