moniquemeloche is thrilled to announce its participation at EXPO Chicago featuring an expanded, cross-platform exhibition that extends beyond the traditional fair booth into a dedicated viewing room at the gallery, creating a two-site presentation that allows for deeper engagement with the gallery’s program.

Our EXPO Chicago booth presentation will feature works by Luke Agada, Antonius-Tín Bui, David Antonio Cruz, Brendan Fernandes, Sheree Hovsepian, Yvette Mayorga, Maia Cruz Palileo, and David Shrobe; artists whose practices reflect the gallery’s commitment to material experimentation, identity-driven narratives, and interdisciplinary approaches to contemporary painting, sculpture, and installation.

Complementing the fair presentation, the gallery’s viewing room will highlight additional works by Candida Alvarez, Sanford Biggers, Ebony G. Patterson, Pedro Montilla, Lavar Munroe, Jake Troyli, and Nate Young. This parallel presentation offers visitors an opportunity to encounter additional key voices from the gallery’s roster in a more intimate setting, reinforcing the depth and continuity of the program beyond the fair context.

On view concurrently, the gallery will also present ALL THERE IS, a solo exhibition by Cheryl Pope, further anchoring the EXPO experience within the gallery’s ongoing exhibition program and inviting visitors to encounter a practice deeply engaged with language, vulnerability, and the collective conditions of being.

Together, these presentations reflect the gallery’s ongoing investment in both emerging and internationally recognized artists, emphasizing dialogues around history, cultural memory, and the evolving possibilities of form.
